| Parent Reminder Reminder that all parents are welcome to come to our weekly celebration assembly on Mondays at 2.40pm. Parent Reminder Toast - We really enjoy our toast especially in the cold weather. We desperately need volunteers to help. Please see Mrs. Poxon at the school office for details. Late-gate Late-gates will be run by the Education Welfare Officer through-out the school year to check on persistent absences and lateness. School Dinner Money Charges We have been informed by the Local Authority that school meal charges will rise by 10p to £1.90 per day, bringing the cost for a week to £9.50 per school week. |
School Absences Parents are reminded that if your child is going to be away from school for any reason, i.e. illness could you please contact the school office before 10 am. Otherwise your child will receive an Unauthorised absence in the school register and will count against their overall attendance. Text Messaging Service The school now has the use of the Teachers 2 Parents text messaging service to inform parents of any important or relevant messages, and also any school closures or training days. Could parents please ensure that the school has a nominated mobile phone number for this service, otherwise vital information could be missed.  |
