Children in Need & Fair Trade Friday a great success!!

On Friday 18th November 2011. All Saints School along with the rest of the country showed their spots for Children in Need. The children and staff all entered into the spirit of the day and helped to raise £400. The children also helped to raise £440 as part of Fair Trade Friday, where the children, parents and staff had the opportunity to purchase special Fair trade goods. Well done to everyone!! Alice appears at All Saints !!

 
On Monday 27th June 2011, M&M Theatrical Productions brought the magic of Alice in Wonderland to All Saints Primary School. The performance which was filled with laughter, drama, and also a serious story. The performance was seen by the whole school from Nursery up to Year 6, and also by staff.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the performance, and a great time was had by all. We hope to welcome M&M Productions back in the future.

  Year 6 Enterprise Day a Success

Royal Wedding Picnic in the Sunshine!!
     
     
     
   
On Thursday 28th April 2011 in the glorious sunshine, All Saints celebrated the marriage of HRH Prince William of Wales & Katherine Middleton by holding a "Royal Wedding Picnic" on the school field. Children were invited to dress in Red, Blue or White to mark the occasion. The children enjoyed a "Grab Bag" lunch and also took part in other activities related to the Royal Wedding and Wedding in general. The event was a great success and again very well supported. Thank you to everyone who took part.

  Easter Bonnet Parade a Great Success!  
     
       
   

On Friday 7th May 2011 the children of All Saints celebrated Easter by holding the annual Easter Bonnet Parade. This year the parade was judged by Mrs. Cockshott, Mrs. Poxon and Sports Coach Mr. Payton. The event was part of the school's Holy Week, which was supported by Vicar Andrew and Curate George. The parade was very well supported by all parents, and a great time was had by all in school.   Record Comic Relief Total Raised!!  
     
       
   
On Friday 18th March 2011 Comic Relief raised a record £74.3M and the children at All Saints did their part too. Both pupils and staff fully embraced the Comic Relief theme of "Do something funny for money".

The children took part in a sponsored walk, skip, hop, jump or run. Foundation & Key Stage 1 both completed 1 lap of the school field in their chosen outfits, while Key Stage 2 completed 3 laps of the field in their chosen outfits. So far the school has raised £1,420.10 with the donations and sponsorship money still coming in. Many thanks to all of you that helped to raise so much money for such a good cause.   Cinderella comes to All Saints !!
 
   
 
On Wednesday 2nd March 2011, M&M Theatrical Productions brought the magic of Cinderella to All Saints Primary School. The performance which was filled with laughter, drama, and also a serious story. The performance was seen by the whole school from Nursery up to Year 6, and also by staff.
