Wrap Around Care

Our wrap around care, The Buzz, is run and managed by our own school staff. This means that children will always see a familiar face.

At breakfast club sessions, children can expect to be active and engaged. There will be a variety of play-based activities they can take part in so that they are energised for the day ahead. This session also includes breakfast.

After school sessions provide a mixed variety activities that are designed to help children to relax and socialise with their peers after the school day. We aim to use the outdoor area as much as weather permits during after school sessions as well. This session also includes a light tea.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club service operates from 7.30am until the start of the school day. 

• Breakfast club must be pre-booked via ParentMail.
• You do not need to book for every day of the week and are able to book the slots you need e.g. only Monday and Friday etc.
• The cost for breakfast club is £4.50 per child per day.
• Bookings will close 4 days before they are due to commence. 
• Bookings after this can only be accommodated if there is space available. This is at a cost of £6.50.
• Once we have reached capacity the bookings will close and will no longer be visible on ParentMail.
• Any Parents using the service can drop off between 7.30am and 8am through the main school entrance.
• Booking are non-refundable if not used for any reason or cancelled with less than 4 days notice.

After School Provision

After school provision operates from straight after school until up to 6pm. All children must be collected by 6pm.

• After school provision must be pre-booked via ParentMail.
• You do not need to book for every day of the week and are able to book the slots you need e.g. only Monday and Friday etc.
• The cost of each afterschool session is now £10 per day.
• Bookings will close 4 days before they are due to commence.
• Bookings after this can only be accommodated if there is space available. This is at a cost of £12.
• Once we have reached capacity the bookings will close and will no longer be visible on ParentMail.
• Children will be taken to the Hall by school staff for their session after school.
• Any parents using the service should ensure that they collect their children by 6pm otherwise a late collection charge of £14 will be applied.
• We ask that parents stop at the collection point on the main path and telephone reception. Your child will then need to collect their belongings and will be bought out to you.
• Booking are non-refundable if not used for any reason or cancelled with less than 4 days notice.

Tax-Free Childcare

We accept payments from tax-free childcare accounts for our breakfast club and after school provision. A member of office staff will be able to provide you with the details that you need to set up a payment from your account.
