Welcome from the Head Teacher

 

Welcome to All Saints C of E Primary School’s website. I thoroughly enjoy working with the staff and children to make All Saints the best it can be- we are a great team!

 

Myself, the staff, children and parents are very proud that our school is described by those that visit us as a friendly school with a ‘family feel’. All Saints pupils are excited by their curriculum and all that their school has to offer them. We know this because they tell us and attendance is consistently high- children want to come to our school.

 

The positive ethos at All Saints is based on a foundation of strong Christian values. Our children have fantastic opportunities to develop academically, spiritually, expressing themselves through the Arts and working practically, including through exciting outdoor learning opportunities.  We are also fully committed to preparing the children for adulthood through developing independence, resilience, pride and emotional well-being. Our character education and personal development programme is well-planned and delivers real opportunities and experiences to support learners at all levels.

 

Our children are physically active, resilient and inspired young people. We want to give them a memorable time at school and prepare them to go on to have the best chances in life. We like to laugh, talk, read, discover, create, make, explore, tell stories, look after each other and our environment and make a positive difference. Children that come to All Saints and staff that work here thrive in the well- established ethos we have created underpinned by our school values. Love, belonging, faith, perseverance, respect & honesty.

 We live out these values in everyday decisions and our approach to school and work life.

 

As you can imagine this isn’t always an easy task but the commitment and hard work of everyone helps immensely and it is something I value and want to continue to build on. All Saints is a popular school and families appreciate the high standards we have and want our values and vision to help shape and influence their children.

 

We hope that our website will keep you informed, up to date with events and school news as well as showing you a little bit of what we represent, the type of school we are and the way in which we help our people to flourish.
