  • All Saints Sponsored Run, Jog or Walk

    Sun 26 Jun 2022

We would like to say a huge `THANK YOU` to all of our All Saints families and friends for their wonderful support!  Together, we have smashed our target and raised a staggering £2,011!  What a way to celebrate National Sports Week: a place in sport for every child.

  • Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Celebration

    Tue 14 Jun 2022

To honour the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, we began our Jubilee celebrations with a visit 'royal' visit from Deputy Lieutenant John Wood.  Mr Wood inspired us with stories about his achievements and his service to our Queen- we even found out that she loves burgers but without the bun!  As a whole school, we marked the occasion researching key events within Queen Elizabeth's reign, creating and performing a range of poems.  Our celebrations then ended with a red, white and blue Platinum Jubilee afternoon tea party!

We hope you enjoy our poems, we are very proud of them!

Frank Chapman Day 1: Our adventure begins!

    Hello everyone,

We have had a fantastic first day so far. When we arrived, we had a guided tour of our new home for the week before we sat down for lunch. We all enjoyed a delicious sandwich, fruit and a piece of cake to fill our tummies before heading out for some team building activities. We worked well in our teams, listened to one another and persevered- definitely demonstrating our school values.

Our next activity was to make our beds! Definitely a challenging task, but we all managed to do it (with the help of our teachers)! It was then time for tea. We had a choice of pizza and chips, jacket potato with cheese and beans or a Cornish pasty. It was delicious! We are now about to head out for our evening walk- head torches at the ready!

We will write back tomorrow evening after everyone has had a good night sleep!

    Bye everyone!

We will let you know when we leave but for now, see you later!

  • Edgmond Hall Day 2

    Thu 06 Feb 2020

    Good evening everyone!

We have had another fantastic day full of activities! Setting us up for the day, we had a breakfast of cereal and toast before we went to feed the animals. We were so excited to get in the chicken coop with the chickens!! After that, we completed a rotation of activities including a craft where we used nature resources to make a creature and orienteering. We showed great team work skills and really worked up an appetite for our lunch of sandwiches, crisps and fruit.

This evening, we had a chicken roast dinner and jelly and ice cream for pudding and we finished off the day with a camp fire where we sang songs and reflected on our time here instead.

The teachers are so proud of our growing independence and the team work we’ve shown over the last few days. We are tucked up in bed asleep now but we are really looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

There are a few photos under the newsletter tab. We will upload more photos next week as we are having some technical difficulties tonight!

    Goodnight everyone!

    Hi everyone!

We have settled really well into our new routine and home for the next few days. When we arrived, we had a tour before completing some

team activities where we showed our school values, especially perseverance!! Before we knew it, it was lunch time! We filled our bellies with pizza and salad and fruit for pudding.

After lunch, it was time to unpack and we even had to make our own beds!! After a little playtime, we had our dinner of fish fingers, chips and peas or beans and chocolate cake with custard for pudding.

We finished off our first day with a night walk through the woods with our torches. We’ve had a fantastic first day and we can’t wait to find out what tomorrow has to bring!

We will post some photos tomorrow!

We are all cosy and tucked up in bed with our teddies so goodnight everyone, we will write back tomorrow.
